Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days. We dispatch all orders the same day if placed before 2pm Monday–Friday.

Yes — all orders are sent with a tracked service. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Absolutely. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the harness is unworn and in its original condition. Get in touch at hello@mellowpaws.co.uk to start a return.

We offer free returns on all UK orders. We'll send you a prepaid label once you've contacted us.

We currently offer three sizes: XS (chest 28–36 cm), S (36–46 cm), and M (46–58 cm). Check our size guide for full details and breed examples.

We always recommend sizing up when in doubt. The adjustable straps give you plenty of room to get a snug, comfortable fit. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll help.

The harness shell is made from durable nylon with a padded mesh lining for comfort. All hardware is stainless steel. The lining is gentle enough for sensitive skin and designed to prevent chafing.

Yes! Wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C in a laundry bag to protect the hardware. Do not tumble dry — lay flat to air dry. The colours are designed to be wash-resistant and hold their vibrancy.
